Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders in stock that come in we try to ship within 2 business days. However, we do not always manage to meet this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time for products to be ordered. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.
The prices listed do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
- In the Netherlands:

- shipments 10-20 kg for eur 33.00
- To the rest of the world:

Delivery is made via DHL or PostNL parcel delivery service. In general, delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day after shipment between 9:00 and 18:00. For foreign orders the delivery can of course take longer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
Returning
Of course, we hope you are super happy with your new purchase. But it can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs upon receipt of your product by us. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@amber-interiors.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order. The product can be returned to:

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.
Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. Please contact info@amber-interiors.com. However, you bear the cost of returning the product. Note: There are exceptions to products that can be returned. See under "Right of Withdrawal" on our website for these exceptions.

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@amber-interiors. We will then try to change the order for you.

Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or something else happens that makes you claim warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within a period of two years from the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or ought to discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time we will provide a free repair or replacement.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not quite go as planned. Please notify us of your complaint by emailing info@amber-interiors.com. We will of course do our utmost to find a suitable solution.
