Serax by Marie Michielssen Outdoor Table 'Valerie' in Black

Steel table 'Valerie', designed by Marie Michielssen for Serax, stands out because of its special oval shape. This powder-coated steel table is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Matching black lounge chairs are also available in the same 'Valerie' series.

A furniture design by Marie Michielssen always starts with a series of sketches on paper. She builds up the volumes with mathematical precision. The proportions must be perfect and adapted to the human body. For the Valerie lounge chair, she started with an elliptical base to which she added two rectangular surfaces, seat and back at a perfect angle that makes sitting comfortable.
