Delivery time and shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.We try to ship orders within 2 working days.However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take longer.The product page contains an indication of the delivery time for products that must be ordered.If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs.The shipping costs are:

  • In the Netherlands:

  2. shipments >10 kg for eur 8.75
  • To Belgium:
  1. shipments 0-2kg for eur 9.00
  2. shipments 2-10 kg for eur 14.00
  3. shipments > 10 kg for eur 17.00
  • To the rest of Europe: Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden:
  1. shipments 0-2kg for eur 12.00
  2. shipments 2-5 kg ​​for eur 15.00
  3. shipments 5-10 kg for eur 24.00

Delivery is via DHL or PostNL parcel delivery service.In general, delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day after shipment between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.For foreign orders, delivery can of course take longer.Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.


We hope that you are very happy with your new purchase.But it may happen that you want to return an order.Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order.Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs after receipt of your product.Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.To exercise this right, please contact us at will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.The product can be returned to:

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product , then we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all.You can contact info@amber-interiors for, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.Note: There are exceptions to products that can be returned.See under “Right of withdrawal” on our website for these exceptions.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition.However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim.Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods.You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time.A reasonable period is in any case two months.Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable.If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
