Delivery time and shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders that come in within 2 working days. However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time for products that need to be ordered. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Delivery is via the DHL or PostNL parcel deliverer. In general, delivery in the Netherlands will take place the next working day after shipment between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For foreign orders, delivery may of course take longer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.


We hope that you are very happy with your new purchase. But it may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. After receiving your product, we will credit you with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at Wij. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The product can be returned to:

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product , then we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact Wel for this. You will bear the costs for returning the product yourself. Please note: There are exceptions to products that can be returned. See under “Right of withdrawal” on our website for these exceptions.

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.

If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. Please report your complaint to us by emailing We will of course do our utmost to find a suitable solution.
